Application:

  • Large diameter Cast Iron, Asbestos Cement, Steel, or PVC pipe.

  • BODIES: Ductile Iron per ASTM A536
  • TAPPED INSERT: Ductile Iron ASTM A 536. Tap threads are full and free from shear and conform to AWWA standards
  • HEMISPHERICAL WASHERS: Ductile Iron ASTM A 536
  • GASKET: Nitrile (Buna N) NSF O-Ring gasket. Compounded to resist oil, acids, alkalies, most (aliphatic) hydrocarbon fluids, water and other chemical
  • Temperature Range: -20 to +180
  • STRAPS: Carbon Steel ASTM A 285 with Flexi-Coat® Fusion Bonded Epoxy Finish. Stainless Steel is optional
  • STUD: Carbon Steel
  • NUTS & WASHERS: Carbon Steel
  • FINISH: Flexi-Coat® Fusion Bonded Epoxy Finish, per AWWA C213

Working Pressure:
